SLIKEdn ships orders internationally. We aim to provide reliable and transparent delivery services to our customers worldwide.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship internationally to countries where delivery services are available.
Available shipping destinations and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Some destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions or may not be available depending on the product and carrier.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Germany:
Approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
European Union:
Approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.
International:
Approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly selected and confirmed.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
The shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, order size, weight, and shipping method selected.
5. ORDER TRACKING
When a tracking number is available, it will be provided to the customer by email after the order has been dispatched.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of their shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been dispatched.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
SLIKEdn does not control customs procedures or the amount of any import charges.
7. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

Please provide your order number and the shipping address used for the order.
We will review the shipment and, where applicable, contact the shipping carrier to assist with the delivery.
If an order is not delivered within the applicable delivery period, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the products received.
We will review the situation and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at contact@slikedn.shop.
If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
10. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
For orders shipped using a carrier arranged by SLIKEdn, SLIKEdn remains responsible for the goods during transportation until they are delivered to the customer, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under German, EU, or other applicable law.
