RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SLIKEdn, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, cancellations, refunds, and defective products.
1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before returning an item, please contact us at:

Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return, if applicable
• Photos, if the product is damaged or defective
We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Products should be returned without undue delay and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition.
You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be returned at our expense by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
If we sent you an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
5. REFUNDS
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery cost originally paid.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
We will process eligible refunds without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an applicable legal exception exists.
For example, this may include goods that are made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where applicable.

7. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
